SuperSlow provides a repeating 20-second timer for monitoring slow exercise repetitions. The start of each repetition is marked by a repeating pattern of one, two, or three beeps, and a shorter beep at 10 seconds indicates that half of the repetition is complete.
Recommended Watch configuration:
Open Settings → Display & Brightness → Always On, and turn Always On on.
Allow SuperSlow to read Heart Rate when the Watch asks for permission.
Wear the Watch snugly on top of your wrist for reliable heart-rate readings.
Start begins the timer, heart-rate readings, and active workout mode.
The heart blinks whenever a fresh heart-rate reading arrives.
The speaker button turns timer sounds on or off.
Stop ends the timer, heart-rate readings, and active workout mode.
Compatibility and limitations:
Requires watchOS 10 or later.
Compatible with Apple Watch Series 4 and later, compatible SE models, and all Ultra models. Series 3 and older are not supported.
Always On is not available on every compatible Watch, including Series 4 and some SE models. The timer can continue while the display is off.
WatchOS controls screen dimming and brightness. SuperSlow cannot force the display to remain fully bright.
The layout adapts to different Watch sizes. Smaller displays may show tighter controls and require more scrolling on this Help screen.
Heart-rate readings require Health permission, a supported sensor, and good skin contact. Readings may be delayed or unavailable when the Watch is loose or off the wrist.
Sound and haptic strength depend on Watch settings, Silent Mode, speaker volume, and the Watch model.
